Processing Time
- Orders are processed within 1-2 business days.
- Once your order is processed, you will receive a tracking number via the e-mail you used at checkout.
Shipping Time
- We use USPS to ship our perfumes. For orders abroad, we use Easyship and Passport Global to ship your package.
- In the US: It should take between 1-7 days to deliver your purchase after the order is processed depending on your location.
- Abroad: It should take between 7-25 days to deliver your purchase after the order is processed depending on your location.
Where We Ship
- We currently ship to the 48 contiguous United States, Canada, the United Kingdom, Germany, the Netherlands, and Czechia.
Packaging
- Your Jaques Parfums order will be carefully packaged to ensure it arrives safely.
- We use eco-friendly packaging materials when possible.
Tracking Your Order
- Once your order ships, you will receive a tracking number via email.
- You can track your order at any time using the link provided.
Damaged Orders
- Take photos of the damaged item and packaging immediately upon receiving it.
- Reach out to contact@jaquesparfums.com with the photos and a description of the issue. This will help us assess the damage.
- We’ll either send you a replacement or issue a partial/full refund based on the situation.
No Return Policy
- We do NOT accept returns, so make sure to buy a sample before a larger size to make sure you like the product.
